Our designers utilize product specific design software to lay out, design and engineer the trusses.
These designs are communicated to the production facility through an electronic network, and the
design information is used to organize and drive the fabrication process. Saws receive the cutting
information electronically, and tradesmen double check the process with paper documentation.
The component placement is outlined graphically on the truss bed by lasers projected from the
overhead Virtek Truss Assembly unit. Completed trusses are then labeled, stacked, and stored in
logical sequence, ready for delivery and installation, and are accompanied by engineered drawings
