The production of wood truss systems involves connecting top chords, bottom chords, and webbing with metal plates to form floor joists. Increasing the truss span expands the space between foundation walls, creating larger, unobstructed rooms below. Which are ideal for living areas or commercial interiors. These trusses, secured with metal connector plates, help reduce construction costs by minimizing the need for additional support structures.

Our components are prefabricated to allow for rapid and efficient on-site assembly. In our manufacturing process, we engineer the trusses with extended spans to reduce installation time, minimize material waste, and enhance efficiency. Our design team can incorprate HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical wiring, eliminating the need for on-site cutting or drilling—except for trimmable ends, which allow for easy adjustments during installation. This streamlined approach significantly accelerates construction time and is an economical solution for developers and contractors.

Our cassettes are precision-manufactured at the plant to significantly reduce installation time on-site. These cassettes, typically 10′ wide, are designed to be easily lifted and positioned with a crane, streamlining the entire installation process. To further enhance efficiency, we incorporate continuous lateral bracing and X bracing directly into the cassettes, minimizing the need for additional onsite labor. This all-in-one approach reduces both time and cost, making it the ideal solution for quick and reliable installation.
