Our History

Founded in 1959 by Ken McKinnon in Cobble Hill on Vancouver Island, we began as Pacific Builders’ Supplies. Over the decades, we’ve grown into three specialized divisions Pacific Truss, Pacific Homes, and Truline Truss, highlighting our commitment to excellence.

In 1969, Pacific Builders' Supplies began manufacturing roof trusses, earning the title of the oldest truss manufacturer on Vancouver Island.

By 1981, Pacific Homes was launched, offering a smart, efficient, and affordable approach to home building. With a strong focus on innovation, technological advancements, and computer-assisted design, both Pacific Truss and Pacific Homes have emerged as leaders in their respective industries.

1998 was the year the company acquired Truline Truss in Creston, BC. This decision underscored a clear focus on addressing the rising demand and expanding production capacity, ensuring the company was well-positioned for sustained growth and success.

2019 marked a significant milestone as Pacific Homes, Pacific Truss, and Truline Truss became part of the All-Fab Group. This partnership expanded our reach to clients across Canada and beyond while bringing decades of additional building expertise to complement our 60+ years of operations on Vancouver Island.
